Start with a clear base coat followed by a layer or two of creamy white nail polish. Take time between the layers as white polish dries slowly.

After a clear base coat apply bright red nail polish. Don't worry about evenness of coverage as you will paint pattern over red background.

With a few strokes paint a red rose in the middle of each nail. Let it dry and add a couple of green leafs. Black tip will make the design more dramatic.
